East I-40 Industrial Property

The Amarillo EDC controls two tracts adjacent to East Interstate-40 and US Highway 287 immediately outside the Amarillo city limits.    

• Tract 1 consists of 418.4 acres and has Interstate 40 frontage.  This tract is bordered to the west by Spur 228 and to the south by BNSF Railway infrastructure.  This tract is accessible via Interstate 40 and US Highway 287.  
• Tract 2 consists of 203.5 acres and has Interstate 40 frontage.  This tract is bordered to the east by FM 1912.  This tract is accessible via Interstate 40 and US Highway 287.
